Onboard Business Meetings
"Explorer" is a custom-designed sailing vessel that combines a round-table business meeting facility with a team challenge. The challenge demonstrates the impact of good Communication, Collaboration and Collegiality in driving high-performance teams.
"Explorer" sails on Clew Bay, one of the most beautiful seascapes in the world.
In the course of the Onboard Business Meeting, business executives will learn how to crew an ocean-going yacht on a passage to one of Clew Bay's offshore Islands.
Their Instructor will be an Olympic Sailing Coach.

- While on passage participants will be coached in the application of their leadership, communication and collaboration skills to crew and sail "Explorer" efficiently in open water.
- 16.00 Pick up Mooring at Clare Island Anchorage
- 16.15 Debrief
- The debrief will include a group discussion on the interdependence and accountabilities of individual Crew Members and their experiences from the seaward passage. Team Goals & Objectives will be agreed for next day business meeting and the homeward passage.
