Pauric O'Grady

Pauric O'Grady, has recently taken early retirement from a multinational healthcare company after a career spanning 34 years.

A native of Clare Island, Co. Mayo, he has returned there to live and has committed the remainder of his working life to developing an innovative and sustainable water based tourism business that will capitalize upon and showcase the visual and natural amenities of Ireland's Western Coastline.

Aaron O'Grady

Aaron graduated from UCD with a Commerce degree in International Business in 2002.

An accomplished athlete, Aaron has represented Ireland in International Sailing events since 2000. He was a member of the Irish Olympic Squad for 6 years and achieved an ISAF World Ranking of 7th in the Men's Olympic Single-handed Class the spring of 2006. He also holds two medals from the Student Yachting World Cups of 2001 and 2002.

Aaron has logged over 15,000 offshore miles on large racing yachts.

He has recently retired from the Irish Team and full time competitive sailing having incurred an injury that restricts his ability to perform at the highest level of dinghy sailing.

Aaron is currently coaching Irish Sailors for the 2008 Olympic Games.

He has acquired a unique bank of experience at the pinnacle of International Sailing Competition part of which has direct application in the competitive business environment.
